WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Medium to dark garnet color, and is a wonderful example of a cool climate Pinot Noir. Bright aromas of cherry pie, cloves, and toasted caramel lead into layered flavors of rich Maraschino cherry, oriental spice, and toasty oak on the palate. Medium-bodied, it boasts silky tannins and a pleasantly bright acidity. The wine finishes with lingering notes of spice and vanilla bean. This is the perfect accompaniment to any light red meat and grilled salmon dish, or it can be enjoyed alone.
