TASTING NOTES:

The 2019 Habemus (Red Label) is made from 100% Cabernet Franc from certified organic vines. This modern, stylish wine displays an opaque, deep violet color, before it opens to vivid aromas of blackberries and blueberries woven together with violets, sweet spices, tarragon and pepper, which all burst from glass. This full-boded red is deeply concentrated and expressive, revealing a sweet inner core, which is supported by a round, velvety texture that continues to expand onto the the long, plush finish. Emanuele Pangrazi aged the Cabernet Franc 30 months in New french oak, followed by an additional 6 months in bottle and it will be accessible upon release, with a drinking window that may flirt with a decade.
