WINEMAKER'S NOTES:

A blend of estate organic grapes (Pinot Noir and Parellada) from Naveran. This Cava producer has outstanding soil diversity on their estate and are able to produce markedly balanced wines as a result. Traditional Method fermentation and 18 months of lees aging makes for a soft and approachable bubbly. Dry on the finish, but with plenty of strawberry, lemon zest and green apple throughout.
