Grown from the four best blocks of our Hirondelle Estate Vineyard, this 100% Cabernet Sauvignon is bold, elegant, and impeccably balanced. Rich flavors of blackcurrant, cedar, mint, and dark chocolate are followed by velvety tannins and a long, smooth finish.
TASTING NOTES:
Opulent wine with spiced black fruit, stewed plum, cloves, vanilla, earthy forest floor, and wood smoke. Layered, with fine-grained tannins, and long rich finish.
