WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
This Pinot Noir is a blend of grapes sourced from Russian River Valley, Monterey and West Paso Robles, thus the California appellation. The wine finishes its malo-lactic fermentation in neutral French oak before it is aged in 1 to 2 year old French oak barrels for six months. Like all Heron wines, it is well balanced, varietally correct and very tasty, especially given the price of only $12! Another tremendous value from Laely Heron.
