  1. ONLINE CUSTOMERS: Due to extremely high volume and reduced staff, please anticipate up to 14 days delay before your receive your order. We cannot guarantee ship dates or delivery dates at this time. Some tips to help us get your orders out faster:
    1. If you are OK with vintage changes (ex: receiving a 2017 vintage rather than a 2016 vintage), please check the "Allow Vintage Substitutions" checkbox on the Cart page prior to checkout.
    2. Please keep an eye on your email. We are experiencing some delays and availability issues with our vendors, and may need to contact you to make changes, substitutions, or issue partial refunds before processing and shipping your order.
  1. IN STORE CUSTOMERS: Policies listed as of March 24th update (below) are still in effect. Please note:
    1. If you place your order online for in-store/curbside pickup, we cannot guarantee that it will be ready for same-day pickup. You MUST leave an order note in the "Add Order Notes" box on the cart page if you would like us to hold for in-store/curbside pickup. We will contact you when it is ready, and refund your shipping at the time of pickup.

  1. ONLINE CUSTOMERS: Due to extremely high volume and reduced staff, please anticipate 7-10 days delay before your receive your order.
  1. IN STORE CUSTOMERS: Per Governor Whitmer's Order, Woods Wholesale Wine is an essential business and will remain open. However, we are implementing the following precautionary measures for the safety of staff and customers:
    1. Maximum of 7 customers in the store at a time.
    2. Maintain at least 6 feet of distance between yourself and others
    3. During checkout, please stand no closer than the X marked on the floor
    4. Please utilize our curbside pick-up option whenever possible
    5. Please shop and check out in a timely fashion
    6. Please rely on sales associates to quickly locate items for you
    7. Please adhere to all CDC recommended guidelines:
      1. Wash hands frequently
      2. Cough/sneeze into tissue or elbow
      3. Limit/avoid physical contact with others
      4. Stay at home if you feel sick or have come into contact with a sick person

  1. ONLINE CUSTOMERS: Until further notice, we will not be able to guarantee specific ship dates or delivery dates. We are experiencing extremely high volume, and are focusing on keeping our staff safe and working at a healthy pace.
  1. IN STORE CUSTOMERS: Until further notice, we will not be able to offer local delivery. We are only able to offer curbside pickup for customers not wanting to come in store.

Hello Everyone,

Due to the coronavirus situation, we have a few announcements to make:

  1. WE ARE STILL IN BUSINESS! As of right now, we are not being forced to close, however there is still a lot of uncertainty. We will do our best to keep both our local customers and online customers informed if anything changes and what our business continuity plan is. 
  1. PLEASE EXPECT DELAYS. We are experiencing unusually high volume both in store and online. Right now, our focus is on keeping our employees safe and healthy. We will do everything we can to make sure your orders get fulfilled in a timely fashion, but please keep in mind that our usual processing times may take longer. If you have specific concerns please email info@woodswholesalewine.com or call 313-882-5420. 
  1. LOCAL CUSTOMERS: We are currently offering curbside pickup. Any special orders (items not normally stocked that we need to order in) will need to be paid upfront. We encourage same-day curbside pickup customers to pre-pay over the phone but will still accept cash or card at the time of pickup.

Store hours of operation:
Sun: 12pm - 7pm, Mon - Thurs: 10am - 9pm, Fri - Sat: 9am - 10pm
