WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Ruby red in color with a cherry edge, this wine offers aromas of red fruit, such as cherries and strawberry, with fresh herb notes and a touch of vanilla. On the palate, it is silky, elegant and medium-bodied, with flavors of plum and cherry. Enjoy with homemade pastas such as beetroot capeletti stuffed with cheese and pistachios or turkey panzotti and bolognesa sauce.
TASTING NOTES:
Aromas of coffee, berry and chocolate. Hints of berry and tar. Medium to full body, firm and silky tannins and a savory finish. Drink now or hold.
