TASTING NOTES:
"Habemus Nero" is a red wine with a concentrated, rich and robust sip made from Syrah grapes from the Viterbo area. It is aged for 30 months in barrique, giving the nose a mature and ample olfactory profile, composed of notes of red fruit in alcohol, cherry jam, peppery hints and sweet spices, and a toasted trail of cocoa and coffee. On the palate it is powerful, warm and elegant, with a soft and decisive structure, with a long persistence.
