TASTING NOTES:
The 2015 Chardonnay Durell Vineyard offers subtle pineapple, peach, apricot and honeysuckle, but always seems to have more rocky, wet gravel minerality to it. It is full-bodied dense and rich and should drink nicely for 5-7 years.

A white with layers of dried apple and pear character. Hints of almond. Straw. Full body, good acidity and a complex finish. Drink now.

WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
The 2015 Durell Chardonnay explodes from the glass with huge amounts of exotic fruits, sweetbutter and orange marmalade. The palate is very rich (almost thick) but with enough natural acidity to provide lift and definition. The finish is apricots, peaches and hints of saury oak, 68% new.
