WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Made in an early-drinking style, this ruby red wine has an intense, ripely-fruited bouquet. The palate is full bodied with good, supple tannins supporting the juicy fruit. Well-balanced and long on the finish.
The Gran Sasso wines are made by Valentino Sciotti and his team. Marco Flacco is the winemaker here, and he is advised by Alberto Antonini. Together, they ensure that the wines have freshness and vivacity which sets them apart from many in this area.
