375ml HALF BOTTLE
WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Medium yellow-green, silver reflections. Ripe yellow peach, pineapple, fine touch of honey. Juicy, yellow tropical fruit nuances, fresh acidity, white fruit notes on the finish, some honey, lemony aftertaste.
TASTING NOTES:
The attractive jasmine and candied-ginger aromas pull you into this moderately sweet dessert wine that’s probably better drunk with cheese or stinky tofu than with anything sweet, even though it shows nice succulence. Clean finish, in spite of the moderate acidity.

The 2019 Muskat Ottonel Auslese is clear and spicy on the floral and fruity-scented bouquet that is bright and mineral and highly stimulating. Round and juicy yet refined and filigreed on the palate, this is a light and sweet yet perfectly balanced and animating Auslese with fine lemon-zest grip and salinity on the finish.

A light dessert wine that can be enjoyed with many different types of food, from sweet to savory. It expresses notes of burnt sugar, guava jam and mango chutney, with mouthwatering acidity for support.
