WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Very intense ruby garnet color with evident violet reflections, clean and wide nose with notes of blueberry, pepper, cocoa and licorice. Very harmonious taste with good structure and persistent with a pleasant finish with notes of jam.
TASTING NOTES:
Made entirely from Cabernet Franc, this offers blueberry, cedar and bell pepper aromas. The palate is juicy, full of red currant, vanilla and Mediterranean herb flavors, held firm with polished tannins and a tart finish.
